Intellectual Property
By registering for or otherwise ordering a KidVestors, Inc. course, products, or training service, you agree and acknowledge that KidVestors, Inc. training materials are protected by U.S. and international trademark and copyright laws. Therefore, you cannot reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or publicly display/perform such materials. In addition, you agree not to use the company's training materials, including but not limited to the concepts and ideas expressed in the training, to create a competing product/service.
Refunds & Return Policy

Course & Digital Product Sales

All purchases and sales for all active users of courses and digital products are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions.

Once a student has begun the course, the purchaser will not be able to refund or transfer.

Books and all other physical merchandise
-
Books and physical merchandise are eligible for a refund or credit if the item is returned without damages within 15 days of the delivery date.

The refund will be processed once the returned item is received. Refunds will take approximately 5-14 business days to process depending on the purchaser's bank.

It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.

Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned for a refund.

RA# request for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for a credit or refund must be in the original condition with its original packaging.

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

Chargebacks
The Customer understands and agrees that in the event the Customer initiates a chargeback and/or merchant dispute with their issuing bank for any KidVestors, Inc. product that they have received and in fact owe payment for and the Customer is successful in recovering the disputed funds, that would otherwise be owed to KidVestors, Inc, KidVestors, Inc., will make every effort to provide documentation to the issuing bank that the Customer did receive the KidVestors, Inc. products including agreeing to the terms of this policy.
Course Transfer
Subscriptions cannot be transferred to other students.
Certificate of Completion
KidVestors provides certificates of completion with the completion of the course.
No Academic Credit
Unless otherwise explicitly indicated by a credit-granting institution, participation in or completion of KidVestors, Inc. courses does not confer any academic credit.

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your order to ship following processing.
All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed.Orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after 4:30pm EST Monday-Friday will begin being processed on the next business day.
Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for your order to ship following processing.

WHOLESALE ORDERS & GROUP ENROLLMENT
*For wholesale orders and group enrollments (50 students or more):
Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process bulk orders and group enrollment orders. Bulk orders and group enrollment orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after 4:30pm EST Monday-Friday will begin being processed on the next business day.
Wholesale orders
Please allow an additional 14-21 business days for your order to ship following processing. All bulk orders will require a signature upon delivery. [Wholesale orders are available for Domestic U.S shipping only].
"What happens if my item is marked delivered, but I have not received it? "
Please contact the carrier with your tracking number to locate your package. Frequently ,the carrier may mark the package as delivered when it arrives at the destination warehouse, not the actual delivery address. In most instances the package will then arrive at the actual delivery address within 1 or 2 business days.
Warranty
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE FOR THE USE OR RESULTS OF THE COURSE AND MATERIALS, THAT YOU WILL SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE COURSE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE WILL BE ATTAINED BY YOU. KIDVESTORS DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
